Positive behaviour and good manners are encouraged at all times at CTK, in line with our school's misson statement , Learning, Growing Praying together with Christ our King.
Staff and governors are committed to achieving the very highest behaviour standards within the school community. Our policies and systems reflect the research and findings of behaviour expert, Paul Dix and Hannah Hall and are centred upon strong relational practice and inclusion with pupils, parents and staff.
All members of staff are trained to support positive behaviour consistently, in line with our Behaviour Policy and CTK Behaviour Blueprint, so that the school environment is a safe and happy place to learn and work.
Pupils are taught about the importance of positive behaviour and are given increasing responsibilities and leadership opportunities as they move through the school.
Our school's character traits along with The British Values, are woven throughout CTK's curriculum and pupils and parents are aware that our behaviour expectations extend to pupils' actions outside of school.
Our Blueprint captures the key aspects of our policy and practice. It also clearly showcases the rules and routines for all members of the school community.
