To apply for a place at Christ the King Catholic Primary School in the normal admissions round, an application must be made using the school admission application process of the local authority in which you live naming Christ the King Catholic Primary School on the application form. Applications need to be made by 15 January 2026. Baptismal Certificates MUST be submitted with the application for any child who is Baptised Catholic, this should be returned directly to the school. If you do not provide a Baptismal Certificate by the closing date, this is likely to affect the criteria that your child is placed into, which is likely to affect your child’s chance of being offered a place at this school.
Parents who have been refused a place at the School have the right to make an appeal against the decision. Appeals are heard by an independent appeals panel. Appeals for Christ the King Primary School are managed by the City Council’s School Appeals Service. Appeal forms and details about how to appeal, including deadlines for appeal forms to be submitted and when appeals will be heard, can be accessed via the City Council’s Website: https://www.coventry.gov.uk/school-admissions/school-appeals
