Transition Booklets
As part of our ongoing commitment to live simply and care for our planet, we’ve made a small but meaningful change this year. Instead of printing transition booklets for every child, we’ve decided to share them digitally. This helps us reduce paper waste and support our school’s eco-friendly values.
You’ll find your child’s transition booklet below- named for each class.
To support the transition process, your child will be bringing home a printed copy of just the pages they need to fill in — which we kindly ask you to complete together. The full booklet is available below for you to read through and discuss with your child at home.
We hope this gives families a chance to talk about the exciting year ahead and help your child feel prepared for their new class.
For our Year 3 children, whose transition involves moving between sites, they’ve been given a full printed copy of their booklet to bring home to support them through this important step.
